Home to famous English novelists, musicians and sporting athletes, we are pleased to say that Southampton is already busy preparing for their biggest summer school yet!
Southampton’s spectacular International Summer School 2022!
Southampton offers students 18+, who are already studying at a recognized university outside of the UK, the chance to experience the rich English heritage of Southampton and the beautiful south of England on their academic summer courses. The school will run for 4 weeks, with the option to take part in the 2-week course or the full 4 weeks. Both courses will end on the same date.
Not only will you experience university-style teaching with students from across the world, but you’ll also experience a variety of cultural adventures on Southampton’s seven excursions, which include trips to London, Stonehenge, Isle of Wight and lots more.
Collect ECTS Credits
The Southampton International Summer School is a credit-bearing programme that may be able to count towards your studies at your home university. If you successfully complete the assessment, up to 5 ECTS credits are available. Find out more on the Booking information page.
Mixing with students and staff from across the world in the classroom, as you make the most of Southampton’s modern campus facilities, or while you’re relaxing in your comfortable hall of residence, you’ll make friends and gain experiences to take home that are unique and everlasting.
Teaching dates: Monday 18th July 2022 – Friday 12th August 2022
Southampton also provides an airport pick-up service from London Heathrow or Southampton Airport on Saturday 16th July (4 weeks) or Saturday 30th July (2 weeks), and an airport drop-off service at the end of the trip on Saturday 13th August.
