What students have to say about
Nottingham Trent University
Nidhi Menon – BA (Hons) Fashion Management India
The international community is big enough that you never feel out of place, but the campus isn’t so large that you get lost in it. The staff are genuinely invested in international students, and it shows from the way the curriculum is framed to the support available. I never once felt like an outsider.
Anshuman Das – MSc Economics
India
The combination of academically robust teaching, strong quantitative training and a supportive professional culture made Nottingham Business School an environment where I could develop both technically and professionally, and prepare effectively for analytical roles beyond university.
Joseph Nwajideobi – MA Public Health
Nigeria
The support from tutors and staff at NTU has been excellent. My lecturers are approachable and supportive, and the guidance available has been very helpful throughout my studies. I have also found the library support particularly impactful, especially in accessing academic resources and developing my research and study skills.
Favour Uzoma Mba – MSc Management
Nigeria
NTU is so wonderful. It’s an amazing place to study. The support is so awesome. You get so much in-class support and also the employability team have also been amazing. I had my first essay for class, and I compare it to now and the difference is huge. NTU prepares you for your future career. Everything goes towards making us students more employable.
Shazia Ali – BSc (Hons) Psychology
Pakistan
The experience of studying at NTU as an international student has been very welcoming. My favourite part was Global Week, where NTU students from around the world set up stalls to showcase their cultures. Talking to people about their cultures, trying out delicacies from their homelands, and watching performances prepared by students made for a memorable and enlightening experience.
Phuong Nga Ngo – MA Teaching (TESOL)
Vietnam
Choosing to study at NTU in Nottingham has been one of the best decisions I have made so far. Nottingham is a lovely and student-friendly city. It’s not as crowded as other big cities. However, it is in fact an advantage for those who are not comfortable with the very fast-paced life like me.
Nicolas Nieto – MSc Digital Marketing
Colombia
The MSc Digital Marketing is a challenging course since the themes and the method could be hard at first. I would not doubt recommending my course to other students, especially to those who are self-motivated and goal-oriented; those are two key features of success in this course.
Leroy Jason Otoo – MSc Finance and Investment Banking
Ghana
The postgraduate community at NTU has been diverse, collaborative, and highly supportive. Engaging with peers from different backgrounds has broadened my perspective and created a motivating environment that encourages both academic and personal growth.
