Academic Excellence Scholarships
The School of Engineering is delighted to offer up to 20 Academic Excellence Scholarships, each worth £5,000, to high-achieving students joining a taught master’s course in autumn 2026.
These scholarships are merit-based and awarded on a competitive basis.
Eligibility criteria
Scholarships are open to Home and International students who:

Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for one of the following taught master’s programmes by 30 April 2026:

MSc Advanced Mechanical Engineering
-
MSc Biomedical Engineering
-
MSc Communications and Information Engineering
-
MSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering
-
MSc Electrical Power Engineering
-
MSc Humanitarian Engineering
-
MSc Humanitarian Engineering (with Sustainability)
-
MSc Humanitarian Engineering (with Management)
-
MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health
-
MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health (Medical Diagnostics)
-
MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health (Medical Imaging)
-
MSc Predictive Modelling and Scientific Computing
-

Demonstrate academic excellence, as evidenced through their application and final or predicted degree results.

For conditional offer holders, scholarship awards will remain conditional upon achieving the final predicted degree grade.
Please note: Home students who are awarded a University of Warwick Taught Master’s Scholarship are not eligible to receive a School of Engineering Academic Excellence Scholarship or STEM Connect Scholarship.
