Overview
Marbella International University Centre (MIUC) is a private, British-accredited institution on Spain's Costa del Sol, established in 2012 following a public contract awarded by Marbella Council. All programmes are taught entirely in English and lead to a degree from the University of West London, giving graduates a UK qualification with international recognition.
MIUC offers Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Politics and International Relations, Marketing and Social Media, International Business Management, and Law and International Studies, alongside Master's programmes including Digital Marketing, International Relations, International Business Management and an MBA.
Around 95% of students at Marbella International University Centre come from overseas, representing over 45 nationalities. Classes are capped at twenty students, keeping teaching personal rather than lecture-hall anonymous. The gated hillside campus features landscaped gardens, Mediterranean views, and multimedia classrooms built around the Blackboard platform.
Marbella's 320 days of sunshine a year make it a distinctive base for a UK-accredited degree, and close faculty links with industry professionals keep teaching grounded in practical, real-world application.
Services
MIUC's Peer Mentoring Scheme pairs new students with those who've completed a year of study, easing the transition into course and campus life. The Student Welfare Support team offers confidential counselling through individual sessions, group meetings and peer-to-peer support, while dedicated Career & Life Coaching helps students work on goals from confidence to time management.
Clubs & Extracurricular options include the AI Club, Debate Club and IR & Politics Reading Club, plus sports and organised excursions across Andalucía.

Marbella International University Centre degrees are awarded through the University of West London, giving graduates UK accreditation. As a small, specialist institution, MIUC doesn't feature in global league tables such as QS or THE; its standing rests instead on this UK degree partnership and Bologna-accredited programme status.
Accommodation
MIUC Accommodation Department helps students find private housing, from shared apartments to studios and one- or two-bedroom flats, typically €700–€1,600 a month. The Marbella Inturjoven Youth Hostel, ten minutes from the beach, is a popular alternative, with meals, cleaning and 24-hour reception included. Early booking is advised, as demand rises sharply before the September and February intakes.
Location
Marbella International University Centre sits on a quiet, gated hillside campus, a short walk from Marbella's city centre and the sea. Students can swim in the Mediterranean, hike nearby, or ski in the Sierra Nevada a few hours away, with organised trips also running to Málaga and Córdoba.
Málaga Airport, the region's main international gateway, is under an hour from campus by road, giving easy flight connections across Europe for term breaks and visits home.
