International Alumni Scholarship

As a University of Chester International Alumni, you may be eligible for our International Alumni Scholarship. Students who continue onto a University of Chester postgraduate course could receive this award in appreciation for their commitment to the institution. 

Terms & Conditions

• Discount is for students advancing from Bachelor’s to Master’s level. Students with an existing Master’s qualification will not be eligible.

• A discount is offered against tuition fees payable for relevant courses beginning on or after 01.09.2025 and before 31.05.2026.

• The discount is for those who have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree awarded by the University of Chester or its associate colleges, who have not previously received this or a similar discount. Foundation degree graduates are not eligible for the discount.

• The University reserves the right to withdraw, or vary, any conditions of the initiative at any time without notice.

• Discount may be forfeited if fees are not paid promptly.

• Discount is only to be redeemed against a course in the 2025/6 academic year.

• Discount is only to be redeemed against a full priced taught Master’s course.

• Discount is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Students who hold any other financial award contributing to their fees must seek advice and may not be eligible.

• Students must be self-funding for the entirety of their course.

• Discount is not applicable to the MBA, MA Art Therapy, MSc Marine and Coastal Resource Management, MA Social Work, MSc Psychiatry, MSc Physician’s Associate and MSc Wildlife Conservation, or any of our Two-year MSc’s.

• Discount is not applicable to PGCE courses.

• Discount is not applicable to research degree courses, including Master by Research (MRes) courses and Two-year Master’s programmes.

• Acceptance onto a Master’s course is subject to entry requirements.

• The decision of the University as to a student’s eligibility shall be final.
