Overview
Aivancity School of Technology, Business & Society is a state‑recognised private higher education institution specialising in artificial intelligence and data science. Founded in 2020, it has rapidly positioned itself as a pioneering “hybrid” school combining AI, business, and ethics in all programmes. The institution is based in Villejuif in the Paris region, with an additional site in Nice, and welcomes around 500 students representing more than 30 nationalities.
Aivancity offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the Grande École programme (visa bac+5), Bachelor of Science in Applied AI, and MSc degrees in Data Engineering, Data Management, and AI for Business. These programmes are recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and delivered with strong industry alignment through partnerships with companies and public institutions.
The school is known for its innovative teaching model, integrating technological, managerial, and ethical dimensions of AI. Rankings
Aivancity is a relatively new institution but has gained recognition for its innovative positioning in AI and data science. It is state‑recognised and accredited to award a five‑year Grande École degree (visa bac+5), renewed in 2025.
In external rankings, Aivancity appears in the AD Scientific Index (global rank 2,475) and holds a European ranking position of 158 according to QS Europe University Rankings (Northern Europe category).
Accommodation
Aivancity does not operate its own student residences but supports students in finding housing in the Paris region or Nice.
Location
Aivancity’s main campus is located in Villejuif in the southern Paris metropolitan area, close to major transport links including Metro Line 7 and the future Grand Paris Express network. Students can reach central Paris in under 20 minutes, giving easy access to museums, cultural districts, and major business hubs such as Paris‑Saclay and La Défense.
The school’s second site in Nice places students in one of France’s fastest‑growing tech regions, with access to the Sophia Antipolis technology park and the Mediterranean coastline. Both locations offer strong professional ecosystems for students specialising in AI, data science, and digital innovation.
