{"id":219437,"date":"2025-06-23T09:52:34","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T01:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/scholarship\/leeds-conservatoire-undergraduate-principals-scholarship\/"},"modified":"2026-05-04T14:31:22","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T06:31:22","slug":"leeds-conservatoire-undergraduate-principals-scholarship","status":"publish","type":"scholarship_articles","link":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/study-in-uk\/scholarships\/leeds-music\/leeds-conservatoire-undergraduate-principals-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"Leeds Conservatoire Undergraduate Principal&#8217;s Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are offering eight scholarships of &pound;5,000 to new international students starting on a 3-year undergraduate course at the conservatoire in September 2025.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\"><strong>Foundation Year students can also apply for their 2nd to 4th years of study.&nbsp;<\/strong>All international Foundation Year students receive a discount of &pound;4,000 in their first year of study.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Principal&#8217;s Scholarships are awarded to exceptionally deserving students based on audition and personal statement.<\/p>\n<p>Full details can be found in the Eligibility &amp; Terms section below.<\/p>\n<h4>Eligibility Criteria<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"pink\">In order to apply for the Leeds Conservatoire Principal&#8217;s Scholarship,&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"pink\">you must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Be classed as an international applicant<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Have applied for a full-time bachelor&#8217;s or Masters degree at Leeds Conservatoire beginning in September 2025<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for the academic year 2025\/26<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be available to start academic studies at Leeds Conservatoire in September 2025 &ndash; no deferral to a subsequent academic year will be permitted<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Be able to satisfy current UK immigration requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>This scholarship is only available to new students, and not to continuing or current students<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Does not include Foundation year of study<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"pink\">Scholarship recipients agree to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Include reference to your scholarship on your CV and in your biography<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If requested, write a short article for Leeds Conservatoire and\/or website, letting our audiences and supporters know about your experiences and progress as a musician or performing artist<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Attend any relevant events during the academic year which give scholarships funders and students the opportunity to meet each other e.g. the Prize-winners event<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To support the conservatoire&rsquo;s fundraising activities which aim to increase the scholarship support available for future students .e.g. attending or playing at special events if requested, featuring in articles or videos as necessary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-219437","scholarship_articles","type-scholarship_articles","status-publish","hentry","scholarship_destination-study-in-uk"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/scholarship_articles\/219437","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/scholarship_articles"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/scholarship_articles"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gostudyin.com\/malaysia\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=219437"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
