New to GCU Regional Scholarship

Self-funding International students with the following nationalities: Bangladesh, Canada, Ghana, Kenya, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam, who study a full-time postgraduate taught course from the academic year September are eligible for a £3,500 scholarship in the form of a tuition fee discount.

From September 2026-27 academic year we will be adding the following  nationalities: Hong Kong & Singapore.

Terms and conditions

Please note this scholarship is only available to self-funded students and applies to your first year of study only. You are deemed to be a self-funded student if you are paying your tuition fees yourself or with support from a relative or friend,or an educational loan.

Student who are sponsored by and employer or company are not eligible for this discount and it will be removed.

Distance Learning or Part time and Research courses are not eligible for this discount

The Data Controller for this scholarship application is Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU).

I understand that in order to administer my application, the University will process my information and submitting this application provides consent for GCU to do so.

All decisions that are made by GCU are full and final.
