The Royal Academy of Dance is one of the world’s most influential dance education and professional membership organisations. We set global standards for exams in classical ballet, teacher training and Continuing Professional Development for dance. Study is available at the following levels:

GCSE

GCSE Dance helps students develop technical and expressive skills as well as knowledge and understanding of dance through performance, choreography and critical appreciation.

A-Level

A Level Dance provides students with the opportunity to gain experience of performance and choreography and to develop critical thinking about dance.

Higher Education

We offer internationally acclaimed dance and dance teachingqualifications including undergraduate and postgraduate university validated awards and professional awards.

CPD

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is about you. Our scheme gives you the opportunity to take time out to develop your creative, teaching and business skills.
